Strategic Church Planting International
James & Susan received the call from God to foreign missions in 1999 after pastoring churches in America for 27 years. They accepted the assignment to Belize, Central America and served there two terms. Upon arrival to Belize, they served as the directors of the Assemblies of God Bible Institute in Belize City. Other areas of ministry involved church planting, prison ministry, medical and hygiene clinics, children's ministries, seminars for national pastors,Teen Challenge, and evangelism.
In 2008 their ministry in Belize was completed, and they felt God was leading them in a new direction. They joined Strategic Missionary Resources and developed the Strategic Church Planting ministry after being trained by the Assemblies of God Church Multiplication Network. For over 4 years, they have conducted numerous church planting boot camps in South Africa and Kenya. Presently they have developed Strategic Church Planting International under the International Ministries of the Assemblies of God. God is continually opening doors for ministry in Africa as well as different countries around the world. It is their passion to develop, empower, and train national leaders to plant missional churches.

The song, "God Will Make A Way When There Seems To Be No Way" resonates in our hearts as we ponder on the miracle that took place in the shanty town of Khayelitsha in October of 2012. Over four years ago we felt the Lord leading us to build an IAG (International Assemblies of God) church in Khayelitsha. The local congregation purchased the land, and construction teams from Faith A/G Summerville, SC and First A/G Greenville, SC worked tirelessly to complete the church in four days. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY! The teams also built a brick wall around the IAG Steenburg Church and renovated the inside. We held afternoon kids' crusades and evening evangelistic services under a tent in both Khayelitsha and Steenburg.

Greetings From James & Susan
Our recent trips to Kenya & South Africa proved to be one of our best! God opened many doors for ministry which included church planting seminars, a children's crusade, a woman's conference, medical clinics, preaching in local churches, public school assemblies, street meetings, and community outreaches.
